2. Hizmetin niteliği
expatistanbul.ai, İstanbul'a taşınan ve burada yaşayan yabancılara genel bilgi veren, yapay zekâ ile çalışan bir yazılım hizmetidir. Cevaplarda rakamların ve kuralların dayanağı gösterilir.
Resmî bir kurum değiliz; Göç İdaresi ya da başka bir kamu kurumuyla bağımız yoktur. Başvuruyu ve ödemeyi yalnız ilgili kurumun kendi gösterdiği yoldan yapın.
3. Hizmetin sınırı
- Genel bilgi verilir. Kişiye özel hukuki görüş, dilekçe yazımı, temsil ya da adınıza başvuru yapılmaz.
- Hiçbir başvuru, randevu, izin ya da sonuç vaat edilmez; sonuç ilgili idarenin kararına bağlıdır.
- Cevaplar yapay zekâ ile üretilir ve hatalı olabilir. Önemli bir karar vermeden önce bilgiyi resmî kaynaktan doğrulayın.
- Sağlık konularında teşhis ya da tedavi önerilmez. Acil durumda 112'yi arayın.
4. Kullanım kuralları
- Hizmet hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanılamaz.
- Hizmetin işleyişini bozmaya, aşırı yüklemeye ya da toplu otomatik sorgulamaya yönelik girişimde bulunulamaz.
- Başkasına ait kişisel veri, pasaport numarası, sağlık bilgisi ya da belge görseli sohbete yazılmamalıdır; cevap için gerekmez.
5. Planlar, ödeme, iptal ve cayma
Planlar ve fiyatlar, ödeme, yenileme, iptal, cayma ve iade koşulları bu sayfadaki ön bilgilendirme formunda ve mesafeli satış sözleşmesinde yazılıdır. Satıcı DDL Bilgisayar Yapay Zeka Otomasyon Sistemleri ve E-Ticaret A.Ş.'dir; ödeme iyzico güvenli ödeme formuyla alınır. Satış açılana kadar hiçbir tahsilat yapılmaz.
6. Kabul

8. Fikrî haklar
Site, yazılım ve içerik üzerindeki haklar işletmeciye aittir. Sorunuz ve indirdiğiniz sohbet kaydı size aittir.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlık
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketiciler, yerleşim yerlerindeki zorunlu hakları ve başvuru yollarını korur. Türkiye'de tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvuru yolu açıktır.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullardaki her değişiklik bu sayfada tarihiyle yayımlanır. Yeni sürüm, bir sonraki kabulünüzden itibaren uygulanır.

2. What the service is
expatistanbul.ai is an AI-based software service that gives general information to people who move to or live in Istanbul. Answers show the basis for figures and rules.
We are not an official institution; we have no connection with the Presidency of Migration Management (Göç İdaresi) or any other public body. Apply and pay only through the channels the institution itself names.
3. Limits
- We give general information. We do not give personal legal advice, draft petitions, represent you or apply on your behalf.
- No application, appointment, permit or outcome is promised; the outcome depends on the authority's decision.
- Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may be wrong. Check with the official source before you make an important decision.
- We do not diagnose or recommend treatment. In an emergency, call 112.
4. Use rules
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to query it automatically in bulk.
- Do not type other people's personal data, passport numbers, health information or document images into the chat; answers do not need them.
5. Plans, payment, cancellation and withdrawal
Plans and prices, payment, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds are set out in the pre-contract information and the distance sales contract on this page. The seller is DDL Bilgisayar Yapay Zeka Otomasyon Sistemleri ve E-Ticaret A.Ş.; payment is taken through iyzico's secure payment form. Nothing is charged until sales open.
6. Acceptance
- When you first use the chat, and before you buy, you tick one box. With it you accept these terms and the pre-contract information and confirm that you have read the Privacy and KVKK information notice.
- The version you accepted and the date are kept in your browser and in the purchase record.
7. Liability
The service is an information tool; the final decision is yours. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
8. Intellectual property
The rights to the site, software and content belong to the operator. Your question and any chat record you download belong to you.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep the mandatory rights and dispute channels of their place of residence. In Türkiye, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are available.
10. Changes
Every change to these terms is published on this page with its date. A new version applies from your next acceptance.
