Gizlilik ve KVKK aydınlatma metni

Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun (KVKK) 10. maddesi uyarınca hazırlanmıştır ve hizmetin bugünkü veri yollarını anlatır. Kişisel veri satmayız ve reklamcılara vermeyiz.
1. Veri sorumlusu

2. İşlenen veriler
- Sohbet: sorunuz, aynı sohbetteki önceki mesajlar ve üretilen cevap.
- Kabul kaydı: kabul ettiğiniz koşul sürümü ve tarihi.
- Teknik kayıtlar: sunucu kaydında istek sayımları ve hata kayıtları. Barındırma hizmetinin standart erişim kayıtları (IP adresi gibi) ayrıca tutulabilir.
- Tarayıcınızda: dil tercihiniz, kabul kaydınız ve üyelikte erişim çerezi (bkz. Çerezler).
3. Amaçlar
- Sorunuza cevap üretmek ve cevabı kaynaklarla karşılaştırmak;
- üyeliği ve erişimi yürütmek;
- güvenliği sağlamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek;
- hukuki yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek.
4. Hukuki sebepler ve toplama yöntemi
Veriler, siz yazdığınızda ya da satın aldığınızda elektronik ortamda toplanır. Hukuki sebepler (KVKK m. 5/2):
- sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (c);
- hukuki yükümlülük (ç);
- güvenlik kayıtları için meşru menfaat (f).

Kaynak sayfalar kamu kurumlarının sitelerinden açılır; sorunuz bu sitelere gönderilmez. Yurt dışına aktarım KVKK m. 9'da öngörülen usullere tabidir.
6. Saklama
- Sohbet içeriği sunucu kaydımıza yazılmaz. Sohbeti isterseniz kendi cihazınıza indirebilirsiniz.
- Cevap için sağlayıcılara gönderilen içerik, o sağlayıcıların ticari koşullarına göre sınırlı süre saklanabilir.
- Satın alma kayıtları, mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca tutulur.
- Erişim anahtarının özeti, üyelik sürdükçe ve sona erdikten sonra mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca tutulur.
7. Bizden istemediklerimiz
Pasaport numarası, sağlık bilgisi ya da belge görseli istemiyoruz. Lütfen sohbete yazmayın; cevap için gerekmez.
8. Haklarınız (KVKK m. 11)
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca şu haklara sahipsiniz:
- verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve işlenmişse bilgi isteme;
- işlenme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme;
- aktarıldığı kişileri bilme;
- eksik ya da yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, şartları oluşmuşsa silinmesini isteme ve bunun aktarılanlara bildirilmesini isteme;
- yalnız otomatik sistemlerle yapılan analizin aleyhinize sonucuna itiraz etme;
- zarara uğramanız hâlinde giderim isteme.

9. Çerezler
Ayrıntı Çerezler sayfasındadır. Reklam, izleyici ya da analitik çerezi kullanmayız.
Ödeme ve fatura
- Satın alırken işlenen veriler: ad ve soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, T.C. kimlik numarası (yabancılar için iyzico'nun kabul ettiği kimlik bilgisi), fatura adresi; şirket adına alımda unvan ve vergi numarası; ödeme ve abonelik kayıtları. Kart bilgileri bize ulaşmaz; iyzico'da kalır.
- Amaç: satın alınan hizmeti kurmak ve yürütmek, aboneliği yenilemek ve iptal etmek, fatura düzenlemek, cayma ve iade taleplerini yerine getirmek.
- Hukuki sebep (KVKK m. 5/2): sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (c); hukuki yükümlülük (ç) — vergi ve fatura mevzuatı.
- Alıcılar:
- İyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (iyzico, Türkiye): ödeme ve abonelik tahsilatı;
- e-arşiv fatura hizmet sağlayıcısı (Türkiye): [entegratör adı — Neo];
- Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı: fatura bildirimi;
- Supabase (sunucu Almanya): abonelik ve erişim kayıtları;
- Resend (ABD): satın alma, fatura ve iptal e-postalarını göndermek için e-posta adresiniz.
- Yurt dışına aktarım (Supabase, Almanya; Resend, ABD) KVKK m. 9'a dayanır: her alıcıyla Kurul'un standart sözleşmesi imzalanır ve sözleşme imzadan sonra beş iş günü içinde Kurul'a bildirilir. [bildirim tarihleri — Founder/avukat]

Privacy and KVKK information notice

This notice is given under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and describes the service's current data routes. We do not sell personal data and do not give it to advertisers.

2. Data we process
- Chat: your question, the earlier messages in the same chat and the answer produced.
- Acceptance record: the version of the terms you accepted and the date.
- Technical logs: request counts and error logs on our server. The hosting provider's standard access logs (such as IP addresses) may also be kept.
- In your browser: your language choice, your acceptance record and, with a membership, the access cookie (see Cookies).
3. Purposes
- to produce an answer to your question and check it against sources;
- to run the membership and access;
- to keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
- to meet legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds and method of collection
Data is collected electronically when you write or buy. Legal grounds (KVKK Art. 5(2)):
- conclusion and performance of the contract (c);
- legal obligation (ç);
- legitimate interest for security logs (f).

Source pages are opened from public bodies' websites; your question is not sent to those sites. Transfers abroad are subject to the procedures in KVKK Article 9.
6. Retention
- Chat content is not written to our server logs. You can download the chat to your own device.
- Content sent to providers to produce an answer may be kept for a limited period under those providers' commercial terms.
- Purchase records are kept for the period the law requires.
- The access-key digest is kept while your membership lasts and, after it ends, for the period the law requires.
7. What we do not ask for
We do not ask for passport numbers, health information or document images. Please do not type them into the chat; answers do not need them.
8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under KVKK Article 11 you may:
- learn whether your data is processed and, if so, request information;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
- know the recipients;
- ask for correction of incomplete or wrong data, or, where the conditions are met, its deletion, and ask that recipients be told;
- object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis;
- claim compensation for damage.

9. Cookies
See the Cookies page. We use no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
Payment and invoicing
- Data processed when you buy: name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, Turkish ID number (for foreigners, the identity data iyzico accepts), billing address; for company purchases, company name and tax number; payment and subscription records. Card details never reach us; they stay with iyzico.
- Purpose: to set up and run the service you buy, renew and cancel the subscription, issue invoices, and handle withdrawal and refund requests.
- Legal grounds (KVKK Art. 5(2)): conclusion and performance of the contract (c); legal obligation (ç) — tax and invoicing rules.
- Recipients:
- İyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (iyzico, Türkiye): payment and subscription collection;
- e-archive invoice provider (Türkiye): [entegratör adı — Neo];
- Revenue Administration (GİB): invoice reporting;
- Supabase (server in Germany): subscription and access records;
- Resend (USA): your e-mail address, to send purchase, invoice and cancellation e-mails.
- Transfers abroad (Supabase, Germany; Resend, USA) rely on KVKK Article 9: a standard contract approved by the Board is signed with each recipient and notified to the Board within five working days of signature. [bildirim tarihleri — Founder/avukat]
- Retention: invoice and accounting records for ten years under Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code; subscription records for the membership and the legal period after it.
